I knew I had to make a Tova Top when I first spotted the pattern on Jenny Gordy's blog. It was a preorder pattern then and it wasn't shipped out until the end of October. Overall, I enjoy Jenny Gordy's style, Wikstenmade, and I've made one of her sewing patterns before.
Right before Thanksgiving, I finally found a little time to sew together the top. I love it! It's perfect for the holidays. I found the fabric at a local quilt/fabric store and it was perfectly suited for the pattern.
The pattern was easy to follow, and again, I appreciate the designer's attention to detail and her thorough instructions.
Ah, I wish I felt comfortable posing in front of the camera, but frankly I don't. I would love to get a dress form for the sole purpose of photographing my projects!
