Another yummy smoothie we're enjoying this summer: Canteloupe Creamsicle Smoothie. It's so simple, it doesn't need a recipe. But here it is, nonetheless.
Canteloupe Creamsicle Smoothie
1/2- 3/4 whole Canteloupe, seeded & cubed (the riper the better! I used a Tuscan canteloupe)
1 C. plain yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Sweetener to taste: I used Agave.
Method: Blend. Pour into a pretty glass.
Top with an umbrella. Admire the creamsicle hue and drink it up. That's it. Happy summer!
